Founded in 2025 by yours truly, Raven Smith, right here in the heart of Shreveport, we’re on a mission to make your culinary adventures as delightful as a surprise party for your taste buds. Our goal? To be as affordable as a dollar store but with the quality of a five-star restaurant (minus the snooty waitstaff). We’re all about full circle goodness, using tallow from Hughes Ranch, where we believe in the motto “waste not, want not” (and yes, we’re totally on board with the whole nose-to-tail philosophy).
